Gentle Yoga Flow
Mondays, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

In response to many requests, we are offering yoga at the beginners level, Gentle Yoga Flow. This gentle style of yoga addresses focus, breathing, balance, and openness. Students are encouraged to release tension, expectations and judgments, be in the present moment. This is a class for students new to moving their body, modifying and skipping postures as needed is always encouraged.

Our Instructor:
Lauren Long began her journey with yoga in Charleston, South Carolina. In 2008 she received RYT200 certification in Vinyasa Flow. The following year she completed Joseph LePage's Integrated Yoga Therapy 500 hour E-RYT program. She has a passion for fun, spirited classes that emphasize alignment and flow. In group classes her goal is for every student to learn something new about themselves every time they come to the mat.

Prolotherapy is a well-established orthopedic procedure that stimulates the body's innate
ability to heal and strengthen damaged ligaments, tendons, and joints weakened by over-use or traumatic injury. "Prolo" is short for  proliferation, the treatment is considered  "Prolo"therapy because it causes proliferation  (growth, formation) of new ligament tissue  in areas where it has become weak.
