Gentle Yoga Flow In response to many requests, we are offering yoga at the beginners level, Gentle Yoga Flow. This gentle style of yoga addresses focus, breathing, balance, and openness. Students are encouraged to release tension, expectations and judgments, be in the present moment. This is a class for students new to moving their body, modifying and skipping postures as needed is always encouraged.
